Your Current Role: RMS QUALITY LEAD – SA REGION for Unilever (last 2 year)
Engage with UL and Nielsen teams on all Retail Audit quality issues and ensure quick and satisfactory resolution in the South Asia region. 
Work closely with UL CMI teams and support them in managing their business partners and in driving their business forward .
Work closely with product leadership, MSci and other GBS stake holders to enhance and improve product quality proactively. 
 
Past experience : 
Buy Operations (Onshore Team Lead – India and SL– Retail Index service)
3.5 years  - Senior Manager, F&D for RMS Manufacturer deliverables
Engage with DA, MSci, Offshore GO, Regional team, CS and Infra team to ensure all inputs are received on time and  end client  DB’s/reports are delivered first time right
6.5 years - Operations (Reference data Lead, SME, Regional support), 
6.5 years - Data Acquisition 
Education – PG in Statistics from Karnataka University
Awarded as “GO - Most valuable Player” APIMEA region – Twice (i.e. 2009 and  2010)
India Annual Award – GO professional – Twice (2010, 2012)
Certified BPI basics, Six sigma  Advanced  Green belt 
Interested in Travel and hobby is listening songs,  Family - Son Jagrut studying in 3nd std and wife Jyoti
