Transformed the orientation to the qualitative business at Nielsen - with both significant revenue growth as well as building credibility and confidence among key clients and stakeholders. Is a vibrant and thriving practice within the CI business, having surpassed OP targets for the last 2 years.
Prior to Nielsen, spent 10 years cumulatively across 2 stints at Kantar IMRB with PQR - the qualitative unit.
First assignment in market research was with Lumiere Business Solutions.
Spent a total of 7 years in the Hospitality field with the Oberoi Group and subsequently Mahindra Holidays. The hospitality stint was invaluable in developing people management sills considering the diverse cohorts of people one deals with. It also made one very sensitive to the people, which enables empathy and engagement with people.
