This two-day program aims to hone in interpersonal skills for effective communication. It uses psychometric tests to decipher where the participant is before suggesting strategies for success. Acquiring a positive mental attitude is an absolute must and the participants will become familiar with the steps to develop it. Building relationships, team spirit and achievement orientation are some of the behavioral techniques that the participants will go home with.
