Once every manager has access to a the common language of the Managing and Leadership Training Programme they can make use of this range of skills are they able to achieve business objectives with and through their people. The financial indicators that link business efficiency to low attrition and healthy profits are the goals of many and the achievements of few.
For successful companies, management and Leadership training forms a key part of the ongoing investment in the health of the organisation and of the individuals within it. The Managing and Leadership Training Programme (MLP) is a multi layered personal skills programme directed specifically at management competencies.
The Managing and Leadership Training Programme enables managers at all levels to be effective in role and certifies them to industry competency levels. There are 3 levels of certification: Line Management, Middle Management and Senior Management. Each level has a foundation layer that is targeted at new to role managers and fast tracks them though the fundamentals of the role so they can get started and be competent from day 1.
Subsequent specialist and in depth training modules then expand on the foundation to give hands-on experiential training so the manager becomes adept at the skill. Management and Leadership Training modules vary in length dependant on level and subject matter.
