Generally, “Finance” is the sole domain of the specialist trained in that particular discipline. It is obvious that in today’s world the impact of finance is felt not only by the Professional but also by the Executive functioning in other fields. Unfortunately, such an Executive is not always given the opportunity of exposure to the ordinary techniques of financial management.
Program Content
To develop a manager’s ability to :
- Identify those techniques of financial measurement and analysis which are relevant to his own particular situation.
- Communicate effectively with the finance personnel in a way which demonstrates an understanding of the basic principles and terms.
- Interpret the information provided by the Accounts Department into action, thereby promoting the achievement of outstanding results.
Who Should Attend? To get the maximum benefit, a mix of participants from various disciplines like sales & marketing, production, HRD and other supporting functions are recommended.
Program Duration: Three to Four Days (Depends on individual client’s need)
Methodology: Lectures, Power Point presentations, Video DVD and group discussions. Throughout the program an inter-active process is encouraged.
