Cushru obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Degree from the University of Mumbai and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India.
He has been associated with various Blue Chip Companies in India and abroad. He has provided leadership in all aspects of Finance, Treasury, Compliances, Local and International Reporting, Taxation, Legal, Secretarial, Technology and Human Resources Development.
He has worked with the Lintas Group for 21 years, initially with Media and then with all aspects of Financial Management. He has also been on the faculty of Northpoint.
IPG NY, recently appointed him as a Director /Designated Partner to set up and manage an independent Shared Service Centre for all IPG Agencies – Mullen Lowe, FCB, McCann, Interactive Avenues, and Webber Shandwick – in India.
Rajeshwar has over 24 years of industry and consulting experience. In this time he has conducted training programs and consulted for business houses in India, South-East Asia and the USA.
Rajeshwar brings with him an integrated approach to learning, drawing from his knowledge of literature, history, comparative religion and mythology, philosophy, psychology and of course business, economics and systems thinking.
As a Consultant, he specializes in Change Management, Cross-Cultural Team Building, Multi-Rater Feedback and Strategy formulation in the context of Values-Mission-Vision.
Rajeshwar has worked as Coach including multi-rater feedback coaching and performance coaching for senior executive and CEOs of numerous national and multinational companies.
In addition to consulting and development work, Rajeshwar has been a facilitator of learning for more than a decade and a half. He is currently a Visiting Faculty at The Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad where he facilitates their Executive Education Programs. Apart from corporate houses, participants in his Executive Education Programs at ISB included executives from ESADE Business School, EADA, Spain, ESTM, Germany and RSM, Erasmus University among others. He taught a well-received Leadership Development Program and a specialized elective titled “Leadership Insights from World Literature”. He also taught at School of Finance and Management, Oxford Brooks University, UK, Thunderbird, USA and SKOLKOVO Moscow Institute of Management, Russia.
Rajeshwar teaches the Global Leadership Immersion Program at the Korean Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Seoul, South Korea to senior corporate executives with a focus on ‘Leadership Skills for Doing Successful Business with India’.
He is a Leadership Speaker at various national and international forums and conferences including The London Speaker Bureau, India Literary Festivals and IQPC, Singapore.
Rajeshwar was the Dean of Northpoint Center of Learning where he set-up the institution’s tripodic effort of catering for the emergent requirements of Executive Education, Corporate Consulting and Assessment in South Asia.
Rajeshwar is an author of two books and numerous articles. A third book “Insights from the Tragedies of Shakespeare – Exploring the Psychology of Leadership Failure” is underway.
Apart from senior executives from corporate house in India and abroad, participants in his various training Programs included MLAs , MPs , Senior Doctors , Indian Revenue Service officers, Indian Police Service officers, Foreign Delegates, Entrepreneurs, Ambassadors, Scientists, Academicians, etc.

He is an alumni of the Indian School of Business having completer a one year Management Program in Public Policy with Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (Tufts University) as a partner School.
Rajeshwar also brings out a monthly magazine The Leadership Review, exploring stories of leadership from South Asia. And has a circulation base of 12000 professionals. He is its Editor-in-Chief.
Rajeshwar has finished his case writing workshop from the Richard Ivey School of management, University of Western Ontario, Canada.

Pranesh periodically contributes columns to leading business publications and conducts training programmes on brand and communication strategy. He has taught at several management schools as a visiting faculty member.
Raj Gupta is Chief Executive Officer, Lowe Lintas, a part of the Mullen Lowe Lintas Group. Having spent almost three decades in advertising, Raj has spent most of his career with Lowe Lintas. He also spearheaded the growth of Karishma Advertising (subsidiary of Lowe Lintas) in the 90’s after which he successfully moved up to become the Director of Lowe Lintas.
Raj has been Head of Business Development at Rediff.com for a few years, where he was involved in launching the Consumer Finance Centre for Rediff. Part of his portfolio was partnering Rediff with finance companies such as Banks, Brokers and Insurance agencies. He also created a model for lead generation and launched Rediff mobile services with 16 individual operators. Raj moved back to Lowe Lintas as a Chief Strategy Officer – Channel Planning in 2004.
In his career span, he has worked on most Unilever brands across the agency, Idea Cellular and new age brands like Free Charge and Practo.
He is a keen traveler and is fond of music, reading, swimming and cricket. Robin Sharma, who wrote ‘The Monk who sold his Ferrari’, is his favourite author.
