It encompasses aspects of business etiquette salespeople should be aware of, and demonstrates ways to handle common awkward situa­tions.  Participants will also be given inputs regarding business attire, grooming, posture, etc.

Methodology-The program uses behavior modeling as the central instruction­al method.  Since this is program seeks to build on current skill levels and grow them to enhanced level, the program relies heavily on role plays , group Work, individual and group exercises, video examples - professionally recorded tapes which  are used for discussion as  models and processed for exercises, lecturettes and case studies.
