Communication and Presentation skills (CAPS) program

This program is much more than a communication skills workshop or a session on how to use visual aids. It is an in-depth, need-based, professional workshop that focuses on individual abilities and grows visible competence, and tangible improvement. In addition to professional presentation techniques, the workshop also addresses issues related to the use of technology in presentations and handling audiences.

  • Overcoming the fear of presenting-Developing a Presentation persona
  • Assessing your style and making it more effective- Using body language, vocabulary, and voice for impact
  • Handling audience reaction, questions and criticism

  • Structuring, preparing and delivering a presentation
  • Using presentation equipment and preparation of presentation material

 

Program Duration- Two days

Who should attend- Middle and Entry Level executives (Group of 10-12 is recommended)

Methodology- The program uses Behaviour Modeling as the central instruction­al method. Since this is program seeks to build  on  current skill levels and grow them to enhanced level, the program relies heavily on the Personalized analysis and feed back. Each participant's progress is video taped for analysis, feedback, etc. Exercises and Games - Individually and in Groups and Video Examples - Professionally recorded tapes, which are used for discussion, as models, and processed for exercises.
