Methodology
The program uses behavior modification and relies on a group of specific theorems for making decisions regarding etiquette and grooming. This empowers participants with the confidence to face situations in the future that may not have been specifically covered during the program. The sessions are very interactive and video material is used as well as demonstrations and role plays / live situations. The techniques used are: self evaluation, discussions and group interaction, demonstrations, simulations, exercises, games, videotaped examples and video recordings of group activity and individual feedback from the Trainer. |
