Former Chairman and Managing Director of Lintas India P. Ltd. Decades of experience with organisations like Unilever and P&G. Professionally, has been awarded the 'Hall of Fame' by the Advertising Agencies Association of India and Advertising Club, Calcutta...
During his tenure as the Chief Executive of the company, the business grew over ten times in 15 years, from a single advertising agency into a large Integrated communications group of sixteen related businesses, to become the most successful company in its worldwide system. It was recognised as the "Jewel in the Crown" by the parent Board and was formally acknowledged as the "Most outstanding unit" and a "Centre of Excellence" in the network of companies that operates in 80 countries. In the last ten years, the Indian company saw unparalleled growth in revenues, profits and networth.
Prem's experience also includes long years on the marketing side with organisations like Unilever and Proctor & Gamble where he lead the launch of many products during his tenure.

For an industry whose key resource is management talent, Prem Mehta conceived, developed and executed the setting up of The Northpoint Centre of Learning with the mission of developing fresh knowledge, developing management talent through executive training programs, and business consultancy. He continues to drive the ongoing development of the centre.
Professionally, Mr Mehta has been awarded the "Hall of Fame " by the Advertising Agencies Association of India as well as the Advertising Club, Calcutta. He has been visiting faculty at Northpoint, Mumbai University and has periodically addressed executive MBA students of Columbia University, HEC School, and has been a regular speaker at Industry fora.

Mr. Rajeshwar Upadhyaya |
He is an MBA with specialization in International Management from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management, AZ, USA.
He is a visiting faculty at The Indian School of Business, Hyderabad where he teaches Leadership Development. He also taught at School of Finance and Management, Oxford Brooks University, UK. He consults with J&J, Veritas, RPG, Bombay Stock Exchange, Thunderbird, Gate Gourmet, MCL, Lintas, CRISIL, Clarient India, BPL, MBT, etc. Rajeshwar caters to a vast spectrum of behavioral training programs ranging from Leadership to Emotional and Spiritual Intelligence.
He specializes in Cross-Cultural training with a focus on South and South-East Asia. Rajeshwar is an author of two books and numerous articles. A third book on "Leadership Lessons from the Tragedies of Shakespeare" is underway.

He has over 35 years experience in HR in industries spanning textiles, chemicals, plastics, fertilizers, and FMCG.
His last position before becoming a full-time consultant was as HR Director for Unilever Arabia. Since 2001, RR has been serving as an executive coach and advisory director for CEOs and the Boards of a few leading companies in India and within Unilever.
Besides, he serves on the statutory Boards of BASF India, TVS Electronics and Union Bank of India. An alumnus of IIT, Kharagpur, Stanford and Michigan Universities, RR is also qualified from the Tavistock School, UK. He contributes to teaching efforts at the Indian School of Business, IIM Bangalore, National University of Singapore and HLL's management training centre

Dr. Alexander Zak, |
He is a prior to coming to the Indian School of Business (ISB), Dr Alexander P Zak spent 17 years with Caltech and NASA developing state of the art missions and systems.
During his tenure, he acquired hands-on experience in R and D, Operations, Project Management, Business Development, and Strategic Planning. After completing his MBA and Doctorate in Engineering degrees, Alexander expanded a successful management career with consulting, executive coaching, and teaching.
Since 1990 he has been working in all parts of the world helping clients in sectors as diverse as: telecommunications, automotive, aerospace, IT, petrochemical, biomedical, insurance,
executive search, consulting, security, engineering and construction, government, and not for- profit. Alexander is a certified executive coach with the Heidrick and Struggles ® professional development practice. He is certified in MBTI. She is a Ph.D. in Commerce, has over 28 years of teaching experience. Appointed Principal of the H.R. College of Commerce & Economics in December 2000,
She has held important posts in the University of Mumbai including Chairperson, Board of Studies in Business Management and Member Academic Council. Dr. Shahani has very recently been nominated on the Council of Foundation, International Baccalaureate Organization, Geneva 2004, and has been a member of the Regional Advisory Committee Asia-Pacific IBO, Singapore since 2000.
She is also a member of the Corporate Governance and Audit Committee, HSBC, India. With her vast international experience in
the world of academics, Dr. Shahani during her teaching tenure has taken assignments in various Universities in USA, UK, Australia and New Zealand. Dr. Indu Shahani
Has taught a wide range of subjects including Human Resource Management, Business Organization, Industrial Organization, Organization Behavior and Principals of Management to Advertising and Fundamental of Marketing and Finance. Prof. Shahani is currently visiting faculty at the Haas Business School, University of California, Berkeley.

He is a Account Director, Berkshire Consultancy UK has had a long and extensive career both as an internal and external consultant in the field of Learning and Organizational Development.
During this period Keith has worked extensively developing, delivering and leading projects of both a national and international nature in both the public and private sectors. He has had a long term relationship as program director to the London Business School. He is also advisor on continuing professional development to the board of the Institute of Management Consultants.
Keith has an
international learning and development portfolio, having worked in Europe, the US and the Asia Pacific. In addition, he has worked with a large number of international corporate clients in areas such as developing high Potential Leaders and Leadership for Change.

Dr. Santrupt Misra |
He is a Director, Aditya Birla Management Corporation Ltd., Dr. Santrupt Misra heads the Corporate Human Resources and Corporate Information Technology function.
He is also Director on the Board of UltraTech, Indal, PSI Data Systems and Birla NGK. Prior to joining the Aditya Birla Group , Dr. Misra worked with the J.K. Group, the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and Hindustan Lever Ltd.
He has been a trainer and consultant to over 40 organisations in India. His areas of interest include organisation development, change management, management training and leadership. Currently, Dr. Misra is the National President of the National HRD Network.

She is managing editor of The Smart Manager, India's first world class management magazine.
She is also India's foremost business writer and historian. Her major works include Business Maharajas and Business Legends . Gita has co-authored two books, Managing Radical Change and World Class in India, with the late Sumantra Ghoshal, professor of strategy at the London Business School. Gita was recently recognized as one of India's 25 most powerful women in business. She is on the Advisory Boards of several institutions, including the London Business School.

He is Group Vice President Learning, and Director of the Tata Management Training Centre based in Pune.
He has been in HR and Quality for over 25 years and has worked in all areas of recruitment, training, HR systems development, Industrial Relations, restructuring etc. as well as spearheaded the TQM efforts of Companies. He has been with Companies like Hindustan Lever ltd., Cadbury India ltd. and Godrej GE Appliances ltd. He joined the Tata group as Vice President HR in Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. and moved to his present role recently.

He is on the faculty at the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management, Rice University.
Sukumar has also taught at the University of Houston, Thunderbird (American Graduate School of international Management). He is the senior analytical resource for the Houston office of Ipsos-Insight. He has over 12 years experience in the market research industry. He has worked with many small and large corporations on domestic and global market entry issues. He has worked with a diverse set of industries including consumer packaged goods, retail establishments, pharmaceutical, financial services, energy, and technology.
Dr. Sukumar holds an MBA and Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Calcutta , India . His strengths, besides a keen business sense across a number of industries, include analytical expertise in the areas of market segmentation, brand equity, new product design (using conjoint and discrete choice approaches), pricing research, and new product forecasting.

He is a Chairman, T V Rao Learning Systems Pvt. Ltd. was a Professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, for over 20 years.
He has also worked as L&T Professor of HRD at XLRI, Jamshedpur. Dr.Rao is the founder President of the National HRD Network and was President of the Indian Society for Behavioral Science (ISABS). Dr.Rao has several Publications to his credit. Dr. Rao worked as a consultant to UNESCO, Ministry of Health, Indonesia, National Entrepreneurial Development Association, Malaysia and the Commonwealth Secretariat, London. He is a one of the few Ph D holders in Kaizen, Dr. Shrinivas Gondhalekar is the Director and Principal Consultant of the global consulting organization, Kaizen Institute Africa-Asia Pacific.
He has been a Kaizen consultant for over seven years now. He has consulted in India, South East Asia and Eastern Europe . He is also Dean (Operations Management) at the Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research.

She is visiting faculty to several Management Schools including Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, NMIMS, Goa Institute of Management and International School of Business & Media .

Dr. Bala Bowander |
He is the Director of Tata Management Training Centre, Dr. B Bowonder is a Ph.D. in Engineering from Indian Institute of Science.
Prior to this, he was the Dean at Administrative Staff College and ITC Chair Professor on Strategic Management of Technology. The International Association of Management of Technology, USA presented him the Excellence in Research Award in April 2004 for his contributions to innovation management.
He was the Hallsworth Visiting Professor at Manchester Business School in 1999. He had worked as an Expert on Manufacturing Technology for the United Nations ESCAP, Bangkok from 1986 to 1989. He was a Visiting Professor at Clark University and George Washington University. He is the Editor of International Journal of Information and Technology Management published from Geneva. He has published about 100 papers in international journals on themes such as technology and innovation management.
